IFAT 2022, the World’s leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management will be held in Munich from 30 May to 3 June 2022. We will be among the exhibitors to present our solutions for a sustainable future.
The protection of the environment, resources and the climate increasingly worries the international community and the most innovative technologies available on the market to address the great environmental challenges of our time will be exhibited in Munich at the IFAT 2022 fair.
Over 2,500 exhibitors from 50 countries will welcome visitors in 18 exhibition halls and the event program also includes live demonstrations, technical events and conferences.
The management and treatment of waste water is one of the key themes of the event
The global need for water has grown in the last century at a rate twice that of the increase in the world population. In the near future, the problem of water scarcity, which already threatens 3.2 billion people today, could upset the world we know.
The agricultural sector alone, one of the largest consumers of water, will face unprecedented challenges, this alarming situation makes need to adopt policies and technologies for the sustainable use of water resources and to develop solutions to modernize and adapt existing water and sanitation infrastructures increasingly urgent.
The treatment and reuse of water coming from industrial production processes for irrigation purposes is considered a more effective method than other supply options both in terms of costs and due to its lower environmental impacts.
The best technologies treatment and analysis of waste water used for irrigation purposes and beyond will be presented at the IFAT in Munich, as well as technologies for the recovery of precious waste substances from purification sludge (for example phosphorus).
