ISOIL Industria obtains UNI/PdR 125 Certification

We are proud to announce that our company has obtained the Gender Equality Certification. This recognition attests to our commitment to building a fair, inclusive and respectful society: let’s continue together on this path to address gender inequalities and discrimination that too often also result in acts of violence and continue to give our contribution to cultural change.

 

Not a finish line, but a step forward towards a better future

As we explained in a previous article, UNI/PdR 125 allows companies to adopt a systematic approach to overcome the gender gap by considering six main areas: corporate culture and strategy; inclusive governance; fairness in hiring processes; fair pay; growth opportunities for all; work-life balance.
To obtain this certification, ISOIL Industria has undertaken a path that has involved all levels of the organization and that has included training sessions, review of internal policies and continuous monitoring of progress.

The certifying body has positively assessed the numerous initiatives adopted to promote gender equality and more generally for diversity, equity and inclusion.

An important initiative for obtaining the UNI/PdR 125 certification was the implementation of a dedicated whistleblowing channel, now fully operational on our website.
This tool guarantees the possibility of anonymously reporting any behavior that does not comply with the principles of equality, inclusion and respect that guide us. Its activation represents a concrete step towards greater transparency and responsibility, helps to strengthen trust within the organization and ensures continuous monitoring of our practices.

Thanks to the commitment made to the analysis, transformation and implementation of innovative measures, the company can now boast one of the highest standards in terms of inclusiveness and equality.
