Energy calculator MV311 Smart Control ISONRG

The MV311 Smart Control is a thermal energy calculator certified according to MID MI004 (2014/32/EU Annex VI) and compliant with EN1434, specifically designed to deliver fast and accurate energy calculations in heating and cooling systems across residential, commercial, and industrial applications, including retrofit projects.
It integrates a Proportional-Integral (PI) controller, enabling automatic control of valves, pumps or whatever may receive a proportional command.
The device can operate either in stand-alone mode or as part of a BMS (Building Management System). Users can freely configure the control logic by selecting one of the following five reference variables:

• Flow rate
• Thermal power
• Delta T (AT)
• Supply temperature (T1)
• Return temperature (T2)

This flexibility ensures precise, tailored control based on the specific needs of the installation.
The MV311 Smart Control is compatible with all PT100, PT500, and PT1000 temperature sensors, as well as any flow meter technology.
When paired with ISOMAG electromagnetic flow meters, it delivers unmatched performance in acquisition speed and calculation precision.
It supports water and glycol mixtures (ethylene and propylene) up to 40% concentration, while maintaining full MID – MI004 compliance.
Equipped with a built-in 4GB datalogger, the MV311 Smart Cotrol offers advanced communication capabilities, supporting up to three simultaneous protocols such as Modbus, M-Bus, and BACnet (BTL certified) via RS485 and RJ45 (Ethernet).
The unit can be powered via PoE (Power over Ethernet), and an optional backup battery is available for maximum operational reliability.
Rated IP65, it can be configured independently via USB.
The Quick Setup function allows key parameters to be set before sealing, in compliance with MID – MI004.
